Our refund policy lasts 14 days for all products. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All original manufacturer stickers and seals must be fully intact. As soon as the quality control is done, we will take care to ensure that the refund will be processed as follows:
Your refund will be issued in Crypto for the Euro value of your purchase, less shipping and any other applicable fees, including any cancellation fees. Your refund will be converted from Euro to Bitcoin based on the current exchange rate once your return is received and inspected.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product.
Then your refund will be processed and automatically applied to the blockchain address that was used for purchasing.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first re-scan the blockchain and check your wallet again.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace products if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size.
Shipping for returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
